Our 5x6.5ft Blue Screen Backdrop Kit with T-Shape Stand and 6 Clamps is the piece we hand over when a room has to turn into a set in one go.

The build includes telescopic sections, a portable format, a wrinkle-resistant weave and a washable surface. We would rather you bought the smaller frame and used it than the big one that stays in the bag.

Key features

  • Height Adjustable: The full stand extends from 121cm to 200cm (4 ft–6.5 ft). After removing the telescopic pole, it adjusts from 82cm to 155cm (2.7 ft–5.1 ft), ideal for tabletop and floor shoot. This flexible design easily adapts to various shooting scenarios
  • Upgraded Crossbar: The crossbar measures 1.5m /5ft in length, with its four sections connected by internal ropes. This ingenious design not only makes installation effortless but also enables compact and orderly storage
  • High Quality Cloth: Classic blue, ideal for chroma key editing. It offers great visual performance. Wrinkle-resistant fabric, machine/hand washable for easy maintenance; low-temperature ironing keeps it smooth—practical for frequent use
  • Multi-functional: Ideal for a multitude of applications of content creator, like video shooting, gaming, virtual, streaming media, zoom meeting, podcast, filming

The job it does

A green screen is a background built to be thrown away in the edit, which puts all of the quality into the surface: matte, even and flat across everything the lens sees. Ours serve streaming desks, recorded interviews and product photography, and they hang from the same crossbar as every other backdrop we make.

What size EMART backdrop stand this suits

Work out the size from the room rather than from the catalogue. Measure the wall you shoot against, take a foot off each end for the legs, and what is left is the span a frame opens to and can honestly accommodate. Height is the figure people change their mind about later: seven feet suits a seated subject, while a standing full-length shot wants the frame fully expanded so the top edge of a seamless white, muslin, black or green surface stays out of shot. Space behind the subject matters as much as space across it — stood directly against the surface, anybody picks up its texture. In a small room, give yourself a little extra at the back so an additional panel or a prop can go in without everything having to move. As a general rule, choosing one size up costs less than choosing one size down.

Getting it standing

Assembly is quick and standard. Pull each telescopic section up by hand, lock the adjustable collar, square the base. The mounting threads are the usual size for this kind of gear, so a fitting borrowed from another stand will do, and the whole setup takes one pair of hands. Stability is a question of footprint. Open the legs to their stops, press the feet down, and position the base so the heaviest part of the load sits over it — weight in the right place does more for a support system than weight in total.

Hanging it and holding it steady

A spring clamp at each corner secures the top edge and hooks spread the load along the crossbar, so the surface hangs straight instead of scalloping between two points. The same clamp keeps a light cable or a tripod leg out of frame when the kit gets crowded, without needing a second pair of hands.

Travel, bag and care

Folded, it is compact enough to transport as one piece: the carry bag in the package takes the whole collapsible set, so no extra sections travel loose. Aluminium alloy keeps the weight sensible; the metal that decides durability sits in the locks and the joints, not the finish. The design is pro in the only sense that matters — practicality over appearance — and the material trade is plain: aluminum travels, steel survives. Care is minimal: wipe the sections, keep the clamps in the same bag, store it dry. Roll fabric rather than folding it and a wrinkle stops being something you plan around.

Great green screen for OBS and simliar software. Cheap, stable, and worked perfectly in my setup.

Great value for the price. It's very quick and easy to setup. I felt it was reasonably stable. I used the Chroma Key filtering in OBS and the green screen worked perfectly. Even if it has wrinkles in it. The Chroma Key effect still works. I do recommend it if you don't need the expensive ones that have the roll up and down in a single enclosure. It takes up less space and is more portable than those in my opinion.

    You get what you get

No surprise that it’s very top heavy but it doesn’t feel that cheap and it was very easy to setup. With the right lighting it is a solid green screen.

    Good

It’s just a great fabric curtain with clips and a stand. Works but does not feel premium.
