Where orders are handled
Every item on this site is sold through our own product listing, and that listing is where delivery is arranged, tracked and paid for. We do not take payment on these pages and we do not hold a second stock of anything — the kit you see here is the kit in our listing, with the same options and the same despatch times.
Our ranges ship within the United States. Delivery windows, cut-off times and any charges are shown at checkout on the listing before you confirm, because those are the figures that change and we would rather you read a live number than our guess from last month.
What a shipment looks like
Stands and pipe-and-drape frames travel in a long carry bag inside an outer carton. Lighting kits ship with the lamps packed separately from the heads. Fabric backgrounds come folded or rolled depending on the size. Larger frames can arrive as two parcels on different days; that is normal and both are on the same tracking record.
If a carton looks crushed, photograph it before you open it. It makes the next conversation much shorter.
If something is missing
Count the parts against the box list on the product page before you book a shoot around a new frame. Clamps and sandbags are the pieces that go astray most often, and they are also the quickest to replace. Write to us at the address on our contact page with the order reference and we will sort it out.
