Our 10'' Ring Light with 55'' Extendable Tripod Stand & Phone Holder is the piece we hand over when a room has to turn into a set in one go.
We build it in aluminium alloy because gear that lives in a car boot gets handled badly. It arrives with dimmable output, a portable format, 360-degree rotation and a handheld remote. We would rather you bought the smaller frame and used it than the big one that stays in the bag.
Key features
- 3 CCT Modes & 16 Color Modes. EMART selfie ring light has 16 color modes(13 monochrome static + 13 dynamic effect). - 360° Rotatable Ball. Universal ball head realizes 360° horizontal panoramic rotation and 180° vertical tilt adjustment. Shooting angles can be freely switched to easily reach ideal lighting positions, bringing more convenient and comfortable using experience for photography and video recording

What this one is for
A light fixes the subject and does nothing at all for what is behind them. Ring lights and panels serve talking-head video, interviews and product photography; the moment the shot gets wider, the clutter behind the chair becomes the problem and a backdrop stand becomes the next purchase.
Matching it to a photography backdrop stand
Work out the size from the room rather than from the catalogue. Measure the wall you shoot against, take a foot off each end for the legs, and what is left is the span a frame opens to and can honestly accommodate. Height is the figure people change their mind about later: seven feet suits a seated subject, while a standing full-length shot wants the frame fully expanded so the top edge of a seamless white, muslin, black or green surface stays out of shot. Space behind the subject matters as much as space across it — stood directly against the surface, anybody picks up its texture. In a small room, give yourself a little extra at the back so an additional panel or a prop can go in without everything having to move. As a general rule, choosing one size up costs less than choosing one size down.
Putting it up
It opens from folded in one pass, with no tools. Each telescopic section is adjustable along its length, mounting is the standard thread studio fittings use, and setup is quick enough that you assemble it after the subject has arrived rather than an hour before. A wide base is what keeps the support system stable when somebody walks behind the subject. Position two legs under the load, keep the third foot clear of the walkway, and hang anything heavy low rather than at full height.
Clamping, hooks and the crossbar
Clamp the corners first and even out the middle afterwards — the top edge is the part that shows. Hooks along the crossbar keep the hang even, a spring clamp secures anything that moves, and one spare clamp per kit saves needing an improvised fix on a tripod or a light tube.
Carrying it and keeping it
The bag in the package is the one it will spend its life in: collapsible frame, small parts, extra clamps. Folded it is portable enough for a train and compact enough for a boot. Aluminium alloy keeps the weight sensible; the metal that decides durability sits in the locks and the joints, not the finish. The design is pro in the only sense that matters — practicality over appearance — and the material trade is plain: aluminum travels, steel survives. Care is minimal: wipe the sections, keep the clamps in the same bag, store it dry. Roll fabric rather than folding it and a wrinkle stops being something you plan around.
